  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips (6 oz / 170 g)
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips (6 oz / 170g)
  • 6 oz sliced onion reserved from the marinade*** (see note)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 15 ml
