Ingredients
  • 1 whole large onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 14 cups of water (or 3 boxes of beef stock and 2 cups water)
  • 8 small bullion cubes (don’t use if you use beef stock)
  • 2 small cans tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt ( more at the end to taste)
  • pepper ( more at the end to taste)
  • 1 whole stalk celery, large chunks
  • 2 lbs carrots (approx 8), peeled and in large chunks
