Quick Pickles
Ingredients
  • - 1 cup white vinegar
  • - 1 cup water
  • - 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • - onion
  • - cucumbers (sliced or speared)
  • - 1 tsp dill seed in each jar
Steps
  1. Bring vinegar, water, salt to a boil so salt is dissolved.
  2. Fill jars with cukes, dill seed in bottom first. Then cover with boiling liquid and put lid on.
  3. Refrigerate for 48 hours and eat.
