Easiest Blender Vitamix Salsa
A delicious, easy, and healthy homemade
Vitamix salsa (or blender salsa) just like restaurant-style salsa. It’s gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and perfect to enjoy in many ways!
Ingredients
  • 1 15oz can plum tomatoes
  • ½ cup canned mild diced tomatoes w/ chiles*
  • ½ cup canned fire roasted tomatoes*
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup loosely diced sweet onion
  • ½ cup bunch cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar (or honey)
