Roasted Butternut Squash, Turmeric Quinoa and Avocado Salad

  • 2 tbsp chopped macadamia nuts
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup water (to thin to desired consistency)
