  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil*
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh garlic (6 cloves)
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger, or 2 teaspoons dried ginger
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 pound 94% lean ground beef

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons distilled vinegar or rice vinegar
