  • ½ tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • ½ tsp Kosher salt, or to taste
  • ⅛ tsp Black pepper
  • 6 oz Water-packed tuna fish drained, (well-drained)
  • ¼ cup(s) Roasted red peppers (packed in water), chopped, well-dried
  • 3 Tbsp Uncooked shallot(s), minced
  • 2 Tbsp Uncooked celery, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Dill, chopped
