Celery Supercharged Smoothies
Ingredients
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • ½ to 1 cup water
  • 1 serving Science-Smart SuperCharged Smoothie Base Mix
  • Place liquid in blender first, heaviest food last, blend adding water or ice to achieve
