Almond Joy Overnight Oats
Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled or steel cut oats (regular or gluten free)
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 T ground flax
  • 1 T sliced almonds
  • 2 T shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 tsp 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 drop of almond extract
  • dash of sea salt
