  • granulated stevia equivalent of ¾ C sugar (use the conversion chart on your package of stevia)
  • 1¼ C Kodiak Protein Packed Buttermilk Flapjack mix (475 cal, 35g protein)
  • 1 apple, grated (95 cal)
