PAT’S CINNAMON AND APPLE OATBRAN CAKE

Ingredients
  • 300 gms Oatbran
  • 55gms Sukrin Gold
  • 2 dessert spoons Splenda granules
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 peeled and grated Granny Smith apples
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 100mls BOB or Skimmed milk
Steps
  1. Add all the dried ingredients together stir with a fork to ensure they are evenly distributed. Whisk the eggs and add the grated apple add to the dry mix and the milk and mix well. Cook at 190 for 40 minutes I used a 7 inch silicone bundt but you can make into small cakes
