  • 1½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tsps onion powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups of shredded Colby and Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 1½ tbsp fresh flat parsley chopped (original garnish)
