Slowcooker Sausage, Fennel & Bacon Ragu
Ingredients
  • 10 bacon rashers sliced up,
  • 6 sausages, sausage meat removed from skin but you can keep it on
  • 1 tbsp fennel
  • 2 x cans of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • Thyme & Parmesan to garnish
  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 100ml red wine
  • 300ml beef stock
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Dried herbs oregano and basil
  • Cooked pasta of choice
