Mixed seafood, beef and veggies bird nest

Ingredients
  • shrimp
  • filet mignon
  • corn
  • broccoli
  • carrot
  • pineapple
  • quail eggs
  •  
  • Fresh egg noodles (prefer the ones with golden color)
  • ⅔ cup of chicken broth
  • 1 TBS of oyster sauce
  • Tapioca flour mixed with ⅓ cup of water
Steps
  1. Arrange a serving size portion of fresh egg noodles into a basket and deep fry
  2. Stir fry all main ingredients separately and set aside on a plate
  3. Add chicken broth, oyster sauce, and tapioca flour mixed with ⅓ cup of water in a pan and stir constantly until thickened.
  4. Add a few dash of Maggi soy sauce or any soy sauce for flavoring. This is enough sauce for one plate. Adjust if you’d like more or less sauce on your noodles.
