Cheesy Gochujang Baked Ziti
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 lbs mild Italian sausage
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • ¼ tsp Gochugaru (Korean Chili Flakes)
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 16 oz Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Farmstyle Shreds
  • 16 oz Tillamook Mozzarella Cheese Farmstyle Shreds
  • 1 lb ziti pasta, or other tube shaped pasta
  • Italian parsley for garnish
