Ingredients

- 1 brown onion, finely chopped and cooked to transparent
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed and cooked
- ½ Finely Diced Apple
- 1 ½ cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 500 grams Beef Mince
- 4 pork sausages
- 1 egg
- 1 heaped tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup Tomato Sauce
- Glaze
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ¼ Cup Tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons American mustard
