Easy Homemade Keto Fondue
Ingredients
  • 1 lb of Freshly Grated Cheese (I like a blend of gouda, gruyere, and elemental)
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 cups Dry White White (Sauvignon Blanc or even a champagne works)
  • 1 tsp. Xanthan Gum (see notes in the blog post above)
  • Dippers- A variety of meats and cheeses (Tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, sausage, shrimp, radishes, etc.)
