Ingredients
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 3 Tbs butter
  • 1 lb elbow noodles
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups half&half
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Planko breadcrumbs (optional)
Steps
  1. Set ip to sauté melt butter. Add broth and noodles. Cook at high pressure 6 min. DO NOT DRAIN. Add cheese, half & half, mustard, salt & pepper. Mix well.
  2. For a crunchy top transfer to casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs and bake at 350 until bubbly.
