Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 3 Tbs butter
- 1 lb elbow noodles
- 3 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups half&half
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Planko breadcrumbs (optional)
Steps
- Set ip to sauté melt butter. Add broth and noodles. Cook at high pressure 6 min. DO NOT DRAIN. Add cheese, half & half, mustard, salt & pepper. Mix well.
- For a crunchy top transfer to casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs and bake at 350 until bubbly.
