Chickpea Vegetable Bowl with Peanut Dressing
Ingredients

  • 1 small red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 large carrots, shredded or grated
  • ⅓ bunch scallions, chopped
  • cilantro, to taste (optional)
  • peanuts, chopped (optional)
