  • 2 ¼ cups ( 180g) gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 bag (300g) butterscotch chips
  • optional: extra coarse sea salt for sprinkling
