Pam's Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs (24oz each) frozen O'Brien potatoes
  • 1 (24 oz) sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken with herbs soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 4 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1 ½ sticks melted butter
Steps
  1. Mix potatoes, sour cream, coup and cheese. (Reserving 1 cup of cheese)
  2. Turn into greased or buttered 13x9 inch pan
  3. Bake at 350º 50 to 60 min or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Mix corn flakes and melted butter. Sprinkle on top.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and continue to bake until cheese is melted.
