Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Bars
Ingredients
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup almond milk, or regular milk
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted and cooled slightly
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries
