  • 1 - 14 oz loaf brioche bread, cut or torn into 1 inch cubes
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cardamom (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • powdered sugar for garnish
  • Instructions
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Use the butter to coat the bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
