  • ½ cup ( 120 ml) Whipping cream 15% or more
  • ¼ cup ( 25 g) Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 3 Eggs large
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme optional
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
