Testosterone Chili
Ingredients
  • ½ Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup onion
  • 2 lbs Ground beef (15/85)
  • 2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ¼ Cup chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 2 cans black beans
Steps
  1. In a skillet, put coconut oil, add onions diced to carmelize. Add meat to onions and brown. In crock pot, put beans, tomato sauce, cayenne pepper, chili powder, mushrooms, and beans. As meat browns, drain meat and onion then add to crockpot, mix and cook 4 to 6 Hours.
