  • 1 pinch mineral salt (a good pinch)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon (a good pinch)
  • ½ tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp water (2 to 3 Tbsp water to place the coconut oil in)
  • 12 unsweetened raisins (optional)
