  • 2 TABLESPOONS GRAPESEED OR OTHER NEUTRAL OIL
  • 1 MEDIUM YELLOW ONION, HALVED AND THINLY SLICED
  • 3 PLUM TOMATOES, CORED AND CHOPPED
  • 2 MEDIUM CARROTS, PEELED AND SLICED ABOUT ¼ THICK
  • 1 BUNCH LACINATO KALE, STEMMED AND CHOPPED
