This yummy dip has lots of melty cheese, seasonings, crunchy topping and extra jalapeno peppers on top.

Ingredients
  • 1 8- ounce package cream cheese softened
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream or crema
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepperjack or Monterrey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 to 4 jalapeno peppers chopped
  • ½ lb. crumbled bacon - optional
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tblsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup panko*
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jalapeno sliced into rings
