Slow Cooker Salisbury Steaks
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Baby Portabello Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 1 Onion, Thinly sliced
  • Sauté onion in butter and place on top of mushrooms in crockpot
  •  
  • 1 ⅓ pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 5 splashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Onion Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs, Plain or Italian
  • 1 Egg
  • Form 6 patties and sear on both sides in hot skillet. Place on top of onions
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch, Divided
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet gravy mix, dry
  • ½ cup water
  • 5 splashes Worcestershire sauce
  • Whisk till smooth as possible and pour over patties
  • This makes its own gravy this way
