Keto Tortillas Recipe (Video)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup / 112g Almond flour- you can substitute it with walnut flour or sunflower seed flour. Do not use coconut flour.
  • 1 Tbls / 8g Xanthan gum- binds the ingredients and gives the tortillas the perfect texture.
  • ½tsp / 2g Baking powder
  • 1 Egg, large
  • 1 Tbls / 15g Water
  • Salt- for some flavor.
