Cinnamon Swirl Blondies
Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 70g light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 50g unsalted butter, melted
  • subheading: Cream cheese icing:
  • 60g butter, softened
  • 110g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250g icing sugar, sifted
  • Tin size: 8x8”
  • Bake 170C (fan) 20 to 30 mins - until the top
  • and edges are crisp and golden brown and
  • it no longer wobbles in the middle
