  • ¼ tsp hot chilli powder
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • sugar, to taste
  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds
  • small bunch coriander, roughly chopped (optional)
