  • 1- ¼ oz. package
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • melted
  • 10 cups water
  • subheading: for boiling pretzels:
  • ⅔ cup baking soda
  • 1 large egg yolk with 1 Tbsp water
  • beaten
