  • 5 to 8 Thick Asparagus Spears
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Juice of Half Lemon
  • 2 tsp. Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 to 4 ¾-inch thick cut Slices of Soft Sandwich Bread (other options: Baguette sliced in half lengthwise, or Brioche)
  • 2 to 3 slices of Prosciutto or Jambon Sec, each slice torn into 3 to 4 pieces
