Pineapple Dream Cake

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain) (566 g)

2 cups all-purpose flour (240 g)

1 ½ cups sugar (300 g)

2 large eggs

2 tsp baking soda

subheading: Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature (227 g)

1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature. (113 g)

2 cups powdered sugar (230 g)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp milk
