Shrimp Linguine with Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
  • 16 to 20 Shrimp shell removed and cleaned
  • ½ lb. Linguine
  • 14 oz. can of Mutti Polpa or any other brand polpa, fresh plum tomatoes also can be used
  • 4 Garlic cloves halved
  • 3 Garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup White wine Chardonnay
  • Handful of parsley chopped
  • Several basil leaves
  • Crushed hot pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil
