Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup water or plant-based milk (add more if needed)
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ⅛ cup finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • ⅛ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons tamari, soy sauce, or coconut amino
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • pinch of cayenne (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
