Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup of mixed berries
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp of raw honey
  • 1 tbsp of grated ginger
  • Juice from a ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
Steps
  1. Place all the ingredients in the mixer and blend it.
