FAT FREE SPONGE
Ingredients
  • You will need a free standing mixer to do the fat free sponge but believe me if you haven’t got one it’s worth getting one you don’t need to spend a fortune
  • The fat free sponge is 6 syns it’s 4 to 5 eggs whisked with 3 to 4 tbls Splenda whisk until thick and frothy this takes about 5 mins then fold in 1 oz SR flour put in a flan tin and cook for about 15 mins until firm flour is 4 ½ syns for 28gms and Splenda is ½ syn a tbls   You can use this for a cheesecake base or a flan base the flan is lovely just make up a jelly and leave to set gently press the top of the sponge in the centre and fill with fruit when the jelly is set stir it and put on top of the fruit
  • You can do cakes with scan bran in the microwave in 7 mins which I can let you have recipes if you want them
