Keto Peanut Butter Brownies
Could be sweeter. Dough is stiff, bake 30 min in convection. Very rich! Recommend pressing a few chips into top as suggested in recipe. 4 g net carbs
Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅔ cup low carb sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum optional but recommended
  •  
  • ⅓ cup keto chocolate chips
  • ⅔ cup keto peanut butter chips
  • ⅓ cup keto peanut butter with no added sugar
