Buttery Cheesey Red Lobster Keto Biscuits
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup plus 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 4 tbsp butter at room temperature
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt (ΒΌ should be enuf)
  • 4 eggs
Steps
  1. Mix dry ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add butter and mix.
  3. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Add eggs to the mix of ingredients  and mix well.
  5. Spray pan with olive oil.
  6. Put in muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 10 mins at 400 degrees or until golden brown.
  8. Mix butter, garlic and parsley flakes and spread on muffins while warm.
Notes
  • Makes 12 muffins. 2.7 net carbs for two biscuits.
