Roasted Brussels Sprouts On the Stalk
Ingredients
  • 1  stalk  Brussels sprouts  washed, dried, outer leaves removed
  • 2  cups  chicken or vegetable stock
  • ½  cup  maple syrup
  • ⅛  cup  olive oil
  • ¼  tsp  kosher salt
  • ¼  tsp  fresh-ground black pepper
  • 1  cup  dried cranberries
  • subheading: For lemon garlic aioli:
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Reserved pan drippings (optional)
