Ingredients
- 150ml egg whites approx 4 eggs
- 1 cuo caster sugar 220g
- 1 tbsn cornflour white wings
- 2 tspn white vinegar
Steps
- 1. Preheat oven to 150 fan forced
- 2. Place the egg whites in the bowl of electric mixer and whisk to stiff peaks. Gradually add sugar, whisking well, until the mixturw is stiff and glossy
- 3. fold through the cornflour and the vinegar and whisk until just combined.
- 4. Shape the meringue mixture into an 18cm round shape on a baking tray lined with non stick baking paper.
- 5. Reduce the oven temp to 120 and baje 1 hr and 20 mibs
- 6. Turn the oven off and alloe the pavlova to cool completely in the oven
- 7. Whisk the crean until soft peaks form
- Top with desired topping.
