ROAST BEEF
Ingredients
  • It was just over 1kg of Aberdeen Angus topside (from Aldi)
  • I browned all the sides in ghee for about 10 minutes, took the joint out and used a cup of water to deglaze, put the meat on the trivet.
  • Cooked for 4 minutes high then left on keep warm for an hour.
  • I can't remember the name of the chap that put this on earlier in the week - but thank you!
