  • 2 cans full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 lb. potatoes, cubed
  • 5 cans (6.5 oz.) minced clams, rinsed & drained
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Tobasco sauce to taste
  • 4 bay leaves
