  • 1 (15oz.) can ( 425 g) pumpkin puree

  • 2 cups ( 240 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (see notes)
  • 1 teaspoon ( 5 g) fine sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
