CRUMPET BROWNIES

Happy to share recipe but without the app I'm not confident on points ..... points in 4 heaped tsps cocoa powder anyone? I think 4 from memory which makes each brownie technically less than a point on nc. Think to be on safe side we will call them 1sp each?

Ok I just blitzed 3 Warburton crumpets in the processor to fine crumbs. Add 1 heaped tablespoon oatbran, 4 heaped tsp cocoa powder (bournville) and a tablespoon truvia (or any sweetener but taste the batter)

Whizz again and while running crack in an egg and about a tablespoon of sugar free (jordans) vanilla syrup. Also added a splash of vanilla extract.

Drizzle in milk til you get a thick but runny batter (about a small cupful)

Then just transfer to silicon loaf tin and bake til just firm.

I can confirm it tastes lovely.

Those who like fruit with chocolate could add frozen cherries perhaps xx
