  2. Wrap husked corn in waxed paper and microwave for 1 minute; serve.

  4. Boil in husk for 1 to 3 minutes
  5. subheading: GRILLED:
  6. Soak the corn, husks and all, in ice water for 1 to 2 hours.
  7. Place on the grill and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. You can grill your meats or other items alongside, just move the corn off to the side or up to your warming rack.
  9. Keep rotating the corn, and the corn is ready to come off when the outer husk is brown but not burnt.
  10. Husking the corn hot off the grill can be a challenge.
  11. You can either let it cool a little bit, or you can use two pairs of tongs or oven mitts.
  12. Watch out for escaping steam.
