Sesame Beef & Udon Noodle Bowls
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 500 g beef mince 500 grams beef mince
  • 400 grams shelf-stable udon noodles
  • ¼ cup salt-reduced soy sauce
  • ¼ cup oyster sauce
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 250 g green beans, trimmed, halved
  • 1 bunch choy sum, trimmed, cut into 10cm lengths
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup unsalted cashews, toasted
