Rolls (Sandra's)

Ingredients
  • 1 C. warm water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ C. butter, melted
  • 5 C. flour (+¼ C. if sticky) - 550 g
  • 1 t. salt
  • ¼ C. sugar
  • 3 T. powdered milk
  • 2 t. yeast
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients ~10 minutes on low speed with dough hook.
  2. Grease 9x12 glass baking pan. Roll dough into 12 balls and place in baking pan - allow to double in size.
  3. Bake on middle lower rack of oven at 350° F for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown on top.
Notes
  • Do NOT double recipe if using Kitchen Aid stand mixer
